GENERAL INFORMATION

The Village at Deaton Creek, a gated and guarded community opened in 2006 and is located about 45 miles northeast of Atlanta.  It offers 55+ Active Adults the vibrant lifestyle that Del Webb has been perfecting for more than 50 years.

Only three miles from I-985, The Village at Deaton Creek is a suburban community in Hoschton, GA, Hall County, with access to numerous shopping centers.  For excellent health care, the award-winning Northeast Medical Center in Gainesville is nearby.  Medical Plaza I including Urgent Care is just outside the entrance to the community.   Plans are to complete a new regional hospital there by Spring, 2015.

There are two golf courses nearby with special arrangements for Deaton Creek residents, as well as several parks and landmarks.  Hall County is home to three higher learning institutes: Lanier Technical College, Brenau University, and University of North Georgia in Gainesville.  Gainesville, Buford, and the Mall of Georgia are all less than a 15-minute drive away.

Nearby recreation destinations include the North Georgia Mountains and Lake Sidney Lanier, great for beaches, boating, fishing, parks, and hiking.  Chateau Élan, offering excellent dining option, a winery, hotel and spa is just down the street.
